CSSA provides educational, accrediting, quality assurance, certification and other services to its member institutions, STEM & STEAM service companies and instructors, home school teachers, degree granting educational institutions offering education - located inside or outside the United States.
Our Solution: CSSA is a 501(c)3 organization, founded in 2017 with a mission to serve 3, distinct, interrelated, goals for the STEM ecosystem:
(1) Providing Licensure for institutions/organizations prepping STEM teachers, Authority to all facilities.
(2) Accrediting training curriculums that prepare STEM teachers, and Validation to Teachers / Admin / Learners.
(3) Certifying the individual STEM teacher offering recognition to teachers, learners, and tools.
There is growing consensus that science education in the United States has failed to keep pace with other developing countries.
As our world compresses, the demand to expand the educational landscape to incorporate multi-cultural collaboration skills among STEM students, educational institution curriculum planning and teacher competencies must extend beyond the limits of siloed-science learning.
The experience of CSSA principals has led them to a successful program model, collaborative and inclusive in nature, that will provide a roadmap toward these three (3) goals through building collaborative partnerships, maintaining active programs of research, and certification programs.
CSSA fills the gap by providing a substantial piece of STEM training and foundational education for teachers. By developing these initiatives, CSSA will raise the global value of multi-cultural STEM problem-solving collaboration and training and will improve the competencies and stature to all educators involved in the process.
