Ahmed Sidky, Ph.D.
Ahmed Sidky, Ph.D. is a well-known global thought-leader in the Agile community. He combines over 20 years of software development & delivery experience with deep research and a Ph. D. in Agile transformation and Lean organizations. Ahmed joined Riot Games in 2014 as their Head of Development Management responsible for enabling organizational agility and delivery efficacy.
Prior to Riot Games, Ahmed worked with a variety of Fortune 100 companies (Verizon, Caterpillar, Nationwide, Booz Allen Hamilton, and many more), leading them through large-scale transformations using his culture-led transformation approach, which focuses on changing and introducing organizational habits critical to sustaining agility. He also co-founded, and is the President of, The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile.com) – an independent accreditation and certification body focused on advancing the state of Agile learning.
Ahmed is also the co-author of a top-rated Agile adoption book; “Becoming Agile in an Imperfect World.” He has been an invited keynote speaker at numerous Agile Conferences around the world.
